TEAM fundraising

Community fundraising allows your organization to leverage the power of social networks to accelerate
fundraising in your organization. Contributors will have the option to create their own fund raising page,
start a fundraising team, join someone else’s team, or just make a contribution. Contributions may be
made by anyone regardless if they are participating in the race.

 

Participants

Event participants will have the option to sign up as a fundraiser when they register for one of the races.

 

Fundraisers

Fundraisers can create their own fundraising team, join an existing team or raise funds as an individual
fundraiser. Once registered fundraisers can:

  • Manage their contact information
  • Manage their public profile
  • Manage their fundraising page
  • Create a unique URL for their page
  • Send email invitations to encourage others to contribute
  • A team fundraiser can also manage the members of their team and invite others to joint their team via
  • email invitations.

 

Fundraising Pages

Fundraising pages are displayed within the organization’s website template. Contributors can search for a
fundraiser or team via a search tool or browse a listing of all fundraisers.

  • Donors can search for team or fundraiser
  • Top fundraisers, top contributors, top teams may be displayed on every fundraising page
  • Fundraising page consists of a preformatted header with public profile information and user generated
  • content for the remainder of the page.

 

Optional Fundraiser Training

Consultant will host up to four webinars to provide tips and techniques for fundraisers to help them
maximize their fundraising goal.

 

administrators

Site administrators can deactivate fundraising pages or edit objectionable content.

Fundraising reports include:

  • Total event revenue
  • Goal vs. Actual
  • Participant/team funds raised
  • Donor report
  • Track pledge payment status (pay by check or cash)
  • Record receipt of offline payments (check, cash, etc.)
  • Customized reports can be created based on unique needs of event
